I didn't get to go to Ubi Driving Centre to register today. I shall do it tmr.

I made ice cream in Saffron today! And the chef said tt we made ice cream better than theirs hur. And that is really some compliment to us, who feel practically useless in the kitchen. Chen Chin, Yong Guang, and I made 3 types of ice creams. White Wine sorbet, Fresh coffee, and raspberry yoghurt. Chef wanted our recipes!! All 3! Chef and I liked the white wine sorbet alot.. Most people liked the coffee one, which I felt was too ice-y. Chin made the mixture and I cooked it.. I should have reduced it further so that it wud have been stickier. I know all this must sound really boring to anyone else. Ehm bear with me la, huh? Hee.

Oh and by the way, some had the misconception that the black puppy in my previous layout was my new dog. Nono.. It's actually a ripped off picture. haha. My new dog is my sister's dog, a white maltese. Would post pictures soon, as soon as I get my hyper-mode started and start taking pictures and running around and eating less.

My mood swings are quite scaring me, I'm feeling quite happy for no reason now. Haha!
