We had Saffron today! Damn fun.
I got the chance to do flamb'e,
which is this side station cooking thing thats quite fanciful.
It goes TERRIFIC with ice cream,
and is super yummy.
The cooking involves putting the entire thing in blue flames,
which is pretty impressive and amusing.
We learnt abt 8 napkin folds, which I have all clean forgetten by now.
Haha.. =)
So fun so fun. Saffron rocks.
