The stranger sang a theme
From someone else’s dream
The leaves began to fall
And no one spoke at all
But I can’t seem to recall
When you came along
Ingenue

Ingenue
I just don’t know what to do

The tree-lined avenue
Begins to fade from view
Drowning past regrets
In tea and cigarettes
But I can’t seem to forget
When you came along
Ingenue

Watched Great Expectations.
It's all sort of things wrapped into one.
I was a kid, arnd 12 or 13 when I first watched it..
The second time, today.. It felt.. Bland n savoury at the same time.
The kind of thing that makes you half close your eyes,
look up into the skies and taste the rain.
Sensuality, pain, romance.
Love.
